Mathias Eifert

Mathias Eifert is an expert generalist and team lead specializing in continuous improvement, having significantly increased value and reduced time-to-value for various organizations across multiple domains. They served as an independent consultant from 2007 to 2013, where Mathias worked as a Solutions Architect, Agility Coach, and Senior Business Analyst, notably for Fairfax County’s Sheriff Information Management System. Mathias also held roles at CMS Information Services, CACI International Inc, and Excella, where they have contributed to process improvement and organizational transformation. Currently, Mathias is the Practice Director of Organizational Transformation at Excella.
