Michael Renzo

Michael Renzo has a strong background in workforce analytics and data visualization. Michael worked as a Workforce Analytics Lead at Excella, where they implemented and maintained BI tools, established data quality standards, and provided accurate and insightful information to business leaders. Prior to that, they were a Data Visualization Consultant at Malbay Strategic Consulting, where they supported talent planning goals and provided crucial insights to C-Suite stakeholders. Michael also served as a Manager at AE Strategies, where they led workforce planning and analysis services and developed analytical tools. Additionally, Michael worked as a Lead Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, managing key clients and technical teams for program management and delivery.

Michael Renzo attended Villanova University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in both Physics and Comprehensive Science.
