Mimi Chen has worked as a UX Design Lead at Excella since June 2018, where they collaborated with the Hotline Operations Director to update web-based intake forms for fraud, waste, abuse, and whistleblower retaliation tips. Prior to that, Mimi worked as a User Experience Consultant at Fjord, Design and Innovation from Accenture Interactive from January 2007 to March 2018. In this role, they conducted user research, developed current and future state customer journeys, led design teams, created interactive prototypes, conducted usability testing, and validated designs. Mimi also has experience as a Tutor at Einstein Academy from April 2007 to June 2008, where they instructed SAT Verbal sessions to small classes and provided private tutoring in vocabulary, critical reading skills, grammar, and essay writing.
Mimi Chen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and English from William & Mary. Mimi also obtained a Scrum Master Certification from the Scrum Alliance in December 2018.
