Vanessa Thomas

Vanessa Thomas is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience in the IT and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager at Excellence IT (UK) since January 2017, Vanessa oversees the commercial strategy, IT training delivery, sales, marketing, procurement, finance, and administration. Prior to this role, Vanessa held the position of Commercial Development Manager at Cardiff University Students' Union from September 1998 to April 2012, where responsibilities included collaboration with directors and senior managers on new business concepts and project management. In addition, as the Conference and Venue Manager, Vanessa managed venue activities and coordinated national conferences, supervising a team of ten staff members.
