Lechner then joined Archer - the well company, where they held several positions, including Senior Business Development Manager, President of the North Sea Region and EVP, President of the Eastern Hemisphere, and Chief Executive Officer. In these roles, they managed P&L and business responsibilities, identified growth opportunities, and provided support for various business units.

Most recently, Lechner assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer at Excellence Logging Services.
