Excellence is an affiliate of the best international training and consultancy firms in Europe serving clients throughout the Middle East Region and providing them with cutting edge methodologies, tools and techniques to boost performance, productivity and efficiency.
Established in 2008 by an energetic team of trainers, coaches, organizational development and capacity building experts with local and regional expertise. Excellence stresses the need for close partnership with its clients for achieving sustainable institutional development. We believe that without sincere and genuine partnerships, all capacity enhancement programs and activities fall into the “just-another-activity” trap, where return for individuals, teams and organizations will be minimal in relation to the resources invested. Maximizing the return on our clients’ investments is a core value of the Excellence team. Using technology tools and platform-based experiential training methods, makes Excellence a pioneer company in this field.
Capitalizing on our state-of-the-art knowledge and the highly developed skills of our core team and network of consultants, enables to provide a wide range of capacity building and consultancy services. Technology-oriented design is a key feature of our approach to sustained organisational systems development.
Our team comes from different backgrounds and has a rich mix of experience in training and coaching, consulting and project management in various sectors, including civil society organizations, private companies as well as governments and public institutions.
