Benjamin Moore

Benjamin Moore is currently the Principal Scientist at Excellerate Bioscience Ltd, specializing in molecular and cellular pharmacology and assay development within drug discovery projects. They earned a BSc in Medical Sciences from the University of Leeds in 2015, where they also served as an ACE Host and a Laidlaw Undergraduate Research and Leadership Scholar. Moore completed a PhD in cellular and molecular pharmacology at the University of Huddersfield in 2020, focusing on the key stages of early-stage small molecule drug discovery. They have previously worked as a Senior Scientist at Excellerate Bioscience Ltd and completed an industrial placement at GSK, gaining extensive experience in biochemical screening and drug discovery.
