Alex Merbach

Alex Merbach serves as the Strategic Account Director at FTI since May 2016, overseeing the Strategic Accounts Organization and leading a team to foster successful engagements with key customers and partners. Prior experience includes roles at Diversified Insurance Solutions as a Business Development Manager and Consultant for Employee Benefits, managing client programs and utilizing a consultative sales approach. Additional roles as Account Manager and Benefit Plan Analyst involved coordinating client needs and analyzing benefit plans. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Management from Wisconsin Lutheran College, an MBA from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh, and a Graduate Certificate in Data Analytics from the same institution.
