Danielle Ledvina is a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at FTI, where they drive scalable hiring strategies for Product Engineering and R&D. With over 10 years of experience, Danielle has led full-cycle recruitment across both manufacturing and corporate environments, recognized for building partnerships with hiring leaders and developing effective sourcing strategies. Prior to FTI, Danielle held positions as a Senior Recruiter at Koch Industries and a Recruiter at Georgia-Pacific LLC, among others. Danielle earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh in 2010.
