Ester Todd

Ester Todd is an experienced Emergency Preparedness Coordinator at FTI, responsible for developing and coordinating the organization's business continuity and emergency preparedness programs since March 2021. Previously, Ester served as a Program Manager of Medical Countermeasures & SNS at the Kansas Department of Health and Environment, supporting public health departments and providing training to healthcare and emergency management personnel. Ester's background includes roles as a Safety Officer at the Topeka Civic Theatre and Academy Endowment Trust and an Emergency Preparedness Specialist with the Shawnee County Health Department, where crisis management during the COVID-19 pandemic was a key focus. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Fort Hays State University and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration along with a certificate in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Washburn University.
