Harry Ayers has built a career centered on electrical systems, computer programming, and complex problem-solving. After early experiences in automotive technology and computer repair, they transitioned to renewable energy in 2012, focusing on wind turbine maintenance. Currently, Harry leads a control software development team, managing projects from concept to deployment and mentoring developers to enhance their technical abilities. Harry’s educational background includes a degree as a Wind Turbine Technician with a 4.0 GPA from Pinnacle Career Institute and certification in Business and Computer Applications from Marion Technical College.
