Jodi Heim is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with a diverse background in recruitment and administration. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at FTI since June 2025, Jodi previously held the position of Corporate Recruiter at Walbec Group from December 2019 to June 2025. Prior experience includes roles as a Physician Recruiter and Physician Recruitment Coordinator at ThedaCare from February 2017 to December 2019, as well as various positions in recruitment and sourcing at Aspirus from November 2011 to January 2017. Jodi began a career in dance instruction at DDH Dance Academy, where contributions spanned nearly a decade from September 2007 to May 2017, and earlier administrative support roles at Westphal Staffing Inc. Jodi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from the University of Minnesota and an Associate Degree in Fine Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Marathon County.
