Joel Schram is an experienced Solutions Architect at FTI since November 2019, previously holding the title of Service Tech- Level 2. Prior to that, Schram worked at Empire Level, a division of Milwaukee Tool Corp., as an Industrial Electrician from July 2016 to September 2019, and at Schunk Graphite Technology, LLC, in the same role from August 2015 to July 2016. Schram’s extensive experience in industrial electrical work began as an Industrial Electrician at Quad/Graphics from 2005 to August 2015, where responsibilities included equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, alongside serving as a plant emergency organizer. Earlier roles include working as a Down Piler/Cover Feeder/Gather Operator and as a CNC Operator at Parameters Industries Inc. from 2002 to 2004. Educational background includes an Apprenticeship in Industrial Electrician from Waukesha County Technical College and graduation from Lake Mills High School.
