Jon McCarthy

Jon McCarthy is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems infrastructure management and service desk operations. Currently serving as Systems Infrastructure Manager and Service Desk Manager at FTI since July 2015, McCarthy oversees the Service Desk and implements changes to the company's server, virtual, and storage infrastructure. Prior experience includes roles as a System Administration Intern at Pierce Manufacturing, where responsibilities involved systems management and problem resolution, and as a Tier 3 Support Technician Intern at Oshkosh Corporation. McCarthy also served in various technical support roles, including as a Service Desk Technician at Schwabe North America and as an Operations Technician at Thrivent Financial and TEKsystems. This professional background is complemented by a solid educational foundation in Information Technology and Teacher Education from Fox Valley Technical College and the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
