Kyle Grathen is a highly accomplished leader specializing in logistics and operations management. With a robust background that includes serving as Operations Manager in the U.S. Marine Corps, Kyle has developed expertise in program improvement, cost savings initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration. Currently, as the Director of Transportation and Logistics at FTI, Kyle spearheads the establishment of innovative logistics processes to enhance operational efficiency. Kyle also holds dual degrees in Political Science and Democracy and Justice Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, reflecting a well-rounded education that complements their professional achievements.
