Matt Merbach

Matt Merbach is the VP of Energy Asset Operations at FTI, a role they have held since 2022. Previously, Matt served as Operations Manager at Excellerate Manufacturing from 2016 to 2022, where they ensured that multiple locations met safety and customer expectations. Before that, Matt worked at Excellerate at Faith Technologies as a Production Manager from 2014 to 2016, where they implemented continuous improvement initiatives across several sites. Earlier in their career, Matt held various managerial positions at RR Donnelley from 2011 to 2014, overseeing operational and financial results across multiple facilities. Matt earned a B.S. in Business with a focus on Operations and Industrial Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in 2004.
