Matt Zabel is a seasoned professional in electrical engineering with extensive experience across various roles and industries. Currently serving as the Director of Project Engineering at FTI since October 2015, Matt leads project engineering efforts focused on continuous improvement and team development. Previous positions include Solution Architect in Digital Power and System Architect, where Matt developed energy-efficient solutions and managed complex projects. Prior to joining FTI, Matt held engineering and leadership roles at SCA and Kimberly-Clark, overseeing capital projects and electrical design initiatives. Matt's experience also includes facilitating a national student group with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship. Matt holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a certificate in Russian Language from Minsk State Linguistic University.
