Rick Saeger is an experienced leader in data, analytics, and technology solutions, currently serving as the Director of Data and Analytics at FTI since March 2021. In this role, Rick guides a team of Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Analysts, and BI Developers to deliver advanced data and AI capabilities. Previously, as Director of Digital Applications at FTI, Rick led the Digital Applications Group, focusing on application development, DevSecOps, integrations, automation, and cloud engineering. Rick has extensive experience in IT leadership roles, including Information Technology Supervisor at SECURA Insurance and Sr. Manager Software Engineering at Ameriprise Auto & Home Insurance. Rick holds an MBA in Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
