Samuel Carruth, M.S., B.S., STSC, is a Corporate Safety Professional dedicated to leading and supporting individuals both in the workplace and in life. With a strong foundation in safety management, Samuel has held various roles, including Senior Health Safety Environment Advisor at Patterson-UTI from 2021 to 2023, and is currently the CEO/Owner of Carruth Lawn Service and a Senior Onsite Safety Manager at FTI. Samuel's commitment to integrity and family pride is evident throughout a diverse career, which includes serving in the US Navy and managing safety initiatives across multiple organizations. Currently, Samuel is pursuing a Master of Science in Occupational Safety and Health/Environmental Management at Columbia Southern University.
