Scott Steckling

Scott Steckling, PMP, currently serves as Vice President of Product Engineering and Vice President of the Business Transformation Office at FTI since November 2023. Prior to this role, Scott held the position of Vice President of Strategic Development at Aebi Schmidt Group from August to November 2023. Scott's extensive experience at Oshkosh Defense from September 2021 to August 2023 includes serving as a Business Unit Director, with a previous tenure at Oshkosh Corporation from 2012 to 2021 that encompassed various roles such as Director of Program Management for Telematics, Product Director for Concrete Products, and Director of Engineering for Modeling & Simulation. Earlier career positions also include Chief Engineer roles at both Oshkosh Defense and Oshkosh Corporation, among others, starting as a Design Engineer in 1996. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, obtained between 1993 and 1995.
