Stephanie Rhode

Stephanie Rhode, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Talent Systems Analyst II at FTI, responsible for updating and maintaining training courses, correcting business policy conditions, and implementing data upload templates. Previously, at Appvion, Stephanie worked as a Human Resources Business Partner, managing day-to-day operations in Workday and improving tax form processes. At Creative Converting, roles included Senior Human Resources Generalist, handling unemployment requests and employee investigations, and Human Resources Generalist, managing FMLA and payroll. Prior experience at Schneider featured roles as Senior Recruitment Specialist and Recruiting Specialist, contributing to significant growth in recruitment efforts. Stephanie holds an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management from Fox Valley Technical College.
