Stephen Barber is an accomplished electrical engineer with extensive experience spanning various roles in esteemed organizations. Currently serving as Electrical Engineer III at FTI since September 2025, Stephen previously worked as an Electrical Hardware Engineer at Progress Rail and a Test Engineer at Honeywell. Prior roles include Responsible Engineering Authority II at Raytheon and Product Engineer at Honeywell, showcasing a strong expertise in electrical engineering. Additionally, Stephen's early career included academic roles at UMKC and Metropolitan Community College as a tutor and teaching assistant, as well as an IT intern at the USDA. Stephen holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, as well as an Associate’s Degree in Engineering from Metropolitan Community College.
