Jim Mackey

Jim Mackey is a seasoned independent director with extensive experience in technology investment banking and corporate development. They served as the Managing Director and Chairman of Software at Citi from 2018 to 2020, where they honed consultative skills while raising capital and increasing coverage across various technology sectors. Prior to that, they held senior roles at SAP and BlackBerry, completing over $20 billion in mergers and acquisitions. Mackey currently serves as a board member and Chief Administrative Officer at Excellis Interactive, continuing to shape product strategy, pricing, and finance. They earned a B.S.A. in Accounting and a J.D. with a concentration in Business Law and M&A from Villanova University.
