Asmita Gupta

Asmita Gupta is a Scientific Manager II and Structural Biologist with expertise in integrative multi-omics and AI/ML. They possess a rich background in computational and structural biology, having worked as a postdoctoral fellow at Stanford University and the University of California, Santa Cruz. Currently, as a Project Investigator at the Centre for DNA Fingerprinting and Diagnostics, they focus on the characterization of Early Onset Sporadic Rectal Cancer through advanced next generation sequencing data analysis. Asmita completed their Ph.D. in Molecular Biophysics at the Indian Institute of Science and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Biotechnology from the University of Rajasthan.
