Bindu Ajithkumar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the life sciences and analytical sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Global Marketing at Excelra since July 2023, Bindu is focused on leveraging data and AI for drug discovery. Prior roles include Market Growth Leader for Merck Life Science in the APAC region, where marketing strategy and revenue growth were key responsibilities, and Deputy General Manager of Lab Operations at Merck Group, showcasing strong operations management expertise. Bindu's career began at Advinus Therapeutics as a Research Scientist, and also includes significant positions at Sigma-Aldrich and GVK Biosciences, demonstrating a solid background in analytical chemistry and lab management.
