Shruti Kane

Shruti Kane is a skilled bioinformatician with over 9 years of experience in high-throughput screening and assay development, specializing in AI/ML applications for drug discovery and reproductive health research. Currently a Postdoctoral Screening Scientist at the National Phenotypic Screening Centre, Shruti employs advanced automation systems and machine learning techniques to enhance data-driven biological problem-solving. They previously worked as a Bioinformatics Analyst at MEDGENOME and GANIT Labs, where they contributed to complex research and data analysis. Shruti holds a PhD in Life Sciences from Abertay University and a Master’s degree in Bioinformatics and Applied Biotechnology from the Institute of Bioinformatics and Applied Biotechnology.
