Taylor Lynch

Taylor Lynch is a Bioinformatics Consultant with extensive expertise in developing, scaling, and optimizing Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) workflows. Currently at Excelra, Taylor designs high-performance Nextflow pipelines and specializes in cloud-native, containerized solutions for varied genomic analyses. Previously, Taylor contributed to drug discovery at PerkinElmer and supported microbiome research during a co-op at Seres Therapeutics. Taylor holds a Master of Science in Bioinformatics from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of South Carolina.
