Previously, Haris held significant roles, including Global Head of Human Resources at Sanria Engineering and Head of Human Resources at Tranzcom Business Solutions, where contributions included overseeing substantial organizational growth and developing key HR processes. With a solid background in management consulting, teaching at leading business schools, and authoring works on motivational speaking, Haris has a robust educational foundation, holding an MBA and M.Sc. in Human Resources Management from the University of Mysore and a B.Sc. in Physics, Mathematics, and Geology from Gulbarga University.
