Latha Swaroop

Latha Swaroop has over 20 years of work experience in project and program management roles. Latha most recently worked as a Senior Project Manager at Excelsoft Technologies starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they were a Program Manager at ITChamps Software - SAP Consulting from September 2021 to April 2022. From September 2019 to March 2021, they worked as a Program Manager at SANRIA. In addition, they have experience working as a Freelancer/Consultant providing technical and management services from March 2019 to September 2019. Latha Swaroop's earlier experience includes a long tenure at Softvision where they held various positions including Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and Project Lead from January 2002 to February 2019. In their role at Softvision, they managed projects worth over $5.5 million, overseeing aspects such as liaison with clients, contract and project administration, planning, scheduling, risk, and quality management.

Latha Swaroop obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engg., MYSORE.
