With prior experience at IBM, including roles as Team Leader and IT Global Service Delivery Manager, responsibilities included managing teams, client relationship management, and ensuring SLA achievement. Roberto began a career in engineering, holding positions as a Laboratory Technician and Technical Assistant before earning a Master of Business Administration and a degree in Renewable Sources of Energy.
