Frédéric Paqueville

Frédéric Paqueville cofounded Excelya in 2014. He now leads the group with François Moisson. Together, they are in charge of defining company strategy and the selection of new markets, offers and potential acquisitions. Before creating Excelya, Frédéric worked as Business Manager for a consulting firm. He left to create a company that would align with his desire to take good care of people while delivering outstanding business results. This was the genesis of Excelya. With François, they set out to produce a virtuous circle of people taken care of at work, their increased productivity and strengthened business. Since then, they have led Excelya from 2 to 800 employees, taking the company from a start-up to a European leader. He has a Master of Business Administration from IAE Paris La Sorbonne and an Engineering Degree from Arts et Métiers Paristech.
