Patrick J. O'Connor

Patrick J. O'Connor has over thirty-five years of professional experience. In 1983, they began their career as a Colonel with the United States Marine Corps. In 2013, they joined Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) as a Global Business Development Executive, where they were responsible for direct support of the IT Platforms GM and conducted Business Development activities. In 2017, they became the Director of Business Development at Hitachi Consulting, where they took advantage of the mega trends in technology including Cloud, Mobility, and IOT. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as a Business Development Executive for various GovCon Small Businesses. Currently, they are the Vice President of Business Development at Excentium, Inc.

Patrick J. O'Connor has obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Penn State University, a Master's degree in History / Education from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Science (MS) in Military National Resource Strategy and Policy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces (ICAF), National Defense University, Washington, DC, and a LOGTECH in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
