EXCENTRIC supports a sustainable and responsible digital transition in Europe’s Cultural and Creative Sectors and Industries (CCSI). Focusing on live music, festivals, theatre, and museums, the project tackles the underuse of data in daily operations.

Through four sector-specific and two cross-sectoral pilots, EXCENTRIC co-designs and tests collaborative data practices in real working conditions. These pilots equip organisations with smart data tools for programming, pricing, resource management, and audience engagement.

At the policy level, EXCENTRIC generates evidence-based recommendations and innovative practices to guide a balanced, competitive, and human-centric digital transformation for the sector.
