Daria Toropchyn

Daria Toropchyn has a diverse work experience. Daria began their career in 2013 as a Freelance Translator for DT Translation Services, where they were an English, Czech to Russian translator and interpreter. Daria also worked as an Assistant Manager for Smile Center Dental from 2015 to 2021, where they were responsible for answering the phone, scheduling appointments, and ensuring HIPAA compliance. In 2015, they also began working as a Fashion Advisor for Massimo Dutti, where they contributed to sales growth through client relationship building. From 2019 to 2021, they were a Translator and Interpreter for Johns Hopkins Medicine. In 2021, they were a Business Development Manager, Customer Relations Associate, and Hiring Our Heroes Fellow for Exchange Analytics Inc. Additionally, they are currently a Subject Matter Expert for Freedom Learning Group.

Daria Toropchyn obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Economics from Omsk State Transport University (OSTU) in 2009. Daria then attended Charles University in 2010-2011, where they obtained a Czech B2 in Czech Language. In 2015-2017, they obtained a Master's degree in Translation for Professions from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Daria is currently pursuing a Master's degree in International Economics from Charles University. In addition, Daria has obtained certifications in Clinical Terminology for International and U.S. Students from Coursera in 2019, HIPAA & PHI Procedures from AvantPage in 2018, and ProZ.com PRO Certified in English>Russian from ProZ.com in 2016.
