Joe Adamczyk

Joe Adamczyk is the President of Exchange Analytics Inc., where they oversee operations, business development, and strategy execution. They previously led enforcement and regulatory affairs at CME Group as Executive Director and Global Head of Enforcement Counsel from 2007 to 2012. They also served in senior legal and compliance roles at Options Clearing Corporation and OCC, including Deputy General Counsel & First Vice President (2015–2016) and Chief Compliance Officer & Senior Vice President (2016–2020). Adamczyk earned a B.S. in Business Administration from DePaul University (1998), a J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law (2001), and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business (2015).
