The Exchange Company has been active on the Private Equity Market since 1992. From the start our main focus was on investments in the Telecom sector. Starting in 2000, our focus expanded into the Tech sector, with amongst others investments in Philips Satellite Systems and Sandd. We use clear and well planned-out strategies to enter attractive, growing markets. As an effect, this vision has shifted our focus to a threefold of sectors: Tech/IT, Healthcare and E-Learning. Our engaged team strives for an open and professional relationship with management teams, through which we accomplish the optimal growth strategy.
