Shane O'Neil

Shane O'Neil has a varied and extensive work experience. Shane began their career as the Founder of Re@dy or Net Corp., where they developed internet kiosks and established various locations. Shane then worked as a Sr Consultant and General Manager at Kaizen Consulting Group, where they provided consulting services to companies like AMEX, Yamaha Corporation, and Sprint PCS.

Shane then served as the Director of DartMail Operations at FloNetwork and later as the Director of Operations at Doubleclick. Shane joined Telmetrics (formerly DCCI) in 2003, where they held the role of VP of Technology & Operations, responsible for call tracking solutions and campaign performance analysis.

In 2006, Shane became a Principal at Brainworks Technologies Inc. before joining Primal in 2007. At Primal, they initially worked as an Advisor before being promoted to the role of COO/VP of Technology Operations. Primal is an interest network that filters web content based on users' interests.
