Ritesh K. has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. Ritesh co-founded Excite Foundry in 2020 and is currently in a leadership role. From 2016 to 2019, Ritesh worked at KF Beauty as the Global Head of Marketplaces and Brand Protection, where they achieved impressive revenue growth and rankings on Amazon. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director at Sales Direct from 2014 to 2016. Ritesh also co-founded Styletoss in 2011, overseeing its online retail clothing and apparel store. Ritesh achieved significant revenue growth during their tenure. Before that, Ritesh worked as an Operations Supervisor at Amazon in 2010 and as a Financial Advisor at Bharti AXA Life Insurance in 2007-2008. Ritesh started their career at Yogi Distribution in various sales and marketing positions from 2005 to 2007.

Ritesh K. completed a Technology Entrepreneurship: Lab to Market program at HarvardX in 2020. In the same year, they also took Business and Impact Planning for Social Enterprises courses at MITx. In 2009, Ritesh pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Bedfordshire, completing it in 2010. Their undergraduate education took place from 2004 to 2007 at Delhi University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Commerce.
