Deepti Kumar

Deepti Kumar is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in strategic finance roles across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Finance Operations at Exclaimer since December 2024, Deepti previously held the position of Senior Manager Finance, Strategy at VoxSmart, where responsibilities included reporting directly to the CFO and being the first finance hire. At Finastra, Deepti worked as a Commercial Finance Manager, managing EMEA deals within a private equity-backed global SaaS fintech environment. Additional roles include Finance Strategy Lead and FP&A Lead at The MENTOR Network, overseeing group financial planning and M&A activities in a publicly traded healthcare firm. Previous experience also features a Financial Analyst position at NxStage Medical, Inc., focusing on EMEA and APAC finances. Deepti holds an MBA from the University of Oxford and a Master’s of Science in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
