Kimberly Stephens

Kimberly Stephens is a seasoned professional in customer success and problem-solving, currently serving as Client Director for Customer Success at Exclaimer since October 2023. With a strong background in the voice of the customer and attention to detail, Kimberly previously held the position of Customer Success Program Manager at EclecticIQ from March 2021 to May 2023, and served as Senior Manager for Customer Success Programs at both McGraw Hill and Global Learning Systems. Additionally, Kimberly has entrepreneurial experience as the owner of Coffee on the Run, a mobile coffee shop, from January 2017 to April 2022. Kimberly holds a degree from the University of Houston, earned between January 1993 and January 1996.
