Andy Dutton

Andy Dutton is an experienced professional in finance and real estate operations with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of the Private Homes Collection at Exclusive Resorts since June 2024, Dutton has previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Finance, Analytics, & Real Estate Operations at Inspirato from July 2012 to June 2024. At Inspirato, the focus was on providing luxury travel solutions without the typical drawbacks of vacation clubs. Prior roles include Senior Vice President and Asset Manager at Sidford Capital LLC and Senior Analyst at Klingbeil Capital Management, where Dutton specialized in financial analysis and asset management across various sectors, including retail and multi-family housing.
