Lynette Botha

Lynette Botha has extensive experience in human resources and administrative roles, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at AL-KO Vehicle Technology since July 2014, following a tenure as Personal Assistant to the Managing Director. Previously, Lynette held the position of Office Manager at Coppermoon Trading KFC from July 2013 to June 2014 and worked as an Admin/HR Assistant at CarpediemMedia from June 2010 to July 2013. Early career experience includes serving as an HR Administrator at H. Pochee & Company from February 2009 to May 2010. Lynette completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management at North West University Vaal Triangle (2005-2007) and obtained a Matric certificate from Highschool Driehoek (2000-2004).
