Daniel Barbu is a skilled professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and customer service. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Specialist at EXE Software since February 2022, Barbu previously held the role of Customer Service Representative and QA Tester at Machteamsoft, beginning in April 2017, where responsibilities included devising manual tests, creating automated tests using Selenium and RobotFramework, and enhancing customer service systems. Prior experience includes working as a Customer Care Specialist at Telekom Romania Communications, where Barbu excelled in customer experience and sales, and earlier roles as a CATI Operator at Daedalus Millward Brown and a Documentarist at NewsIn. Daniel holds a degree from Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative (SNSPA).
