Serafima Schaefer is an experienced project manager and engineer with a strong background in drilling automation and product development. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Exebenus since September 2017, Serafima is responsible for customer implementation projects. Previously held roles include Senior Product Development Engineer where product specifications and functional requirements were developed and verified. Prior experience includes positions at Baker Hughes as an Acquisition Real-Time Engineer, and at Schlumberger as an MWD/LWD Engineer, focusing on various clients and drilling services. Serafima holds a PhD in Cryogenics and a Specialist degree in Cryogenics and low temperature engineering from Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Additional involvement in various competitions and roles in administrative support displays a well-rounded skill set.
