Rodrigo Forte

Rodrigo Forte founded EXEC in 2009 and has been the Founder & Managing Partner since then. Rodrigo manages the business and leads projects related to Executive Search, Leadership & Organizational Development, and Board Services. In 2016, they became a Member of the AESC Global Board of Directors and Chair of AESC Brazil. Prior to that, they were a Member of Panorama - search around the world, a partnership of leading executive search firms. Rodrigo also worked at Michael Page from 2001 to 2009, where they held various positions and was responsible for developing the Tax & Legal recruitment activities, running the Financial Markets Division, and establishing the Campinas office.

Rodrigo Forte completed a Curso de Formação de Conselheiros de Administração in Governação Corporativa at IBGC - Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa in 2017. Prior to that, they pursued a post-graduation in Administration at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2004 to 2006, and a graduation in Law at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo from 1995 to 1999. Rodrigo's earlier education was completed at Colégio Dante Alighieri from 1983 to 1994, although the degree and field of study were not specified.
