Anthony Laria is a seasoned Chief Operating Officer with over 20 years of experience in helping Business Services firms and Private Equity portfolio companies transform and grow profitably. Starting their career at PwC, Anthony held progressive roles including Management Consultant, Chief of Staff, and Divisional COO, before becoming COO for a Private Equity-backed Consultancy. Currently, Anthony serves as Principal Owner of Laria Enterprises LLC and Principal at ExecHQ®, focusing on providing interim, fractional, and consulting services to drive sustainable operational excellence. Anthony holds a BA in Economics from the University of Rochester and an MBA from the William E. Simon School of Business.
