Baron Lukas

Baron Lukas has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Baron is currently serving as the Principal and ExecHQ MULTIPLE Program Manager at ExecHQ, where they work with companies of all sizes and structures to provide executive expertise. Prior to this, they were a Member of the Dallas Chapter at the Private Directors Association, focusing on improving private companies' governance.

Before joining ExecHQ, Baron Lukas was the President, Chief Governance Officer, and Board Member at BPS Technology, LLC. Baron also held the position of Member of the Board of Advisors at CANAFARMA CORP. and Principal at ExecHQ, where they provided solutions to complex business issues.

In the earlier stages of their career, Baron Lukas served as CEO of ELS: Advancing Hydrocarbon Recovery and President of Vital Strategies Management Consulting. At the latter, they specialized in helping businesses and leaders improve performance, develop strategies, and provide various consulting services.

Baron Lukas also has experience in the oil and gas sector, having worked as COO and VP at HSC (Howard Supply Company). Baron was responsible for company operations, strategic planning, sales management, and leadership development. Prior to this, they were a Managing Director at Western Commerce Group, where they provided consulting services in executive leadership, organizational management, and strategic planning.

Baron Lukas began their career as a Colonel in the United States Marine Corps, where they served as Commanding Officer of Marine Aircraft Group (MAG) 41. Baron led a complex operational aviation organization and flew various aircraft during their command.

Overall, Baron Lukas has a strong background in executive leadership, strategy development, and consulting, with experience in diverse industries including private company governance, oil and gas, and military aviation.

Baron Lukas has a diverse education history spanning several years. Starting in 1977, they attended Jacksonville University for three years, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, International Affairs, and German. After completing their undergraduate studies, Lukas took a break from formal education before returning in 1996. Baron enrolled in Marine Corps University and obtained a Master of Military Studies in Operational Security Studies in 1997.

Lukas continued their academic journey by attending the USAF Air War College in 2002. Here, they pursued a Master of Strategic Studies, specializing in Strategic and Political Studies. This program lasted for a year and concluded in 2003.

In addition to their formal education, Lukas obtained a certification as a Succession Solution Advisor from The Succession Solution in January 2022. This certification further enriches their expertise and skill set.
