Jim Harshman

Jim Harshman is a Chief Financial Officer and Controller Consultant with over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting across various industries, including manufacturing and food processing. They have held leadership roles at several companies, including serving as Corporate Controller at Airtex Manufacturing and Central Plains Steel Co., where significant improvements in financial performance and operational efficiency were achieved. Currently, Harshman provides interim CFO and strategic advisory services through their consulting firm, Business & Accounting Advisors, LLC, and at ExecHQ®. They hold both a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
