John Njeru is the Country Managing Director for Execo in Kenya, where they oversee resource planning, training, and employee engagement while enhancing operational efficiency. With a vast background in management and compliance, John previously held roles such as Operations Director & Head of Partnership at Scale AI and Chief Development Officer at Africa AI Labs. Their commitment to fostering a positive work culture and empowering underserved workers through upskilling has been evident throughout their career. John has also co-founded successful businesses and worked as a Clinical Physician Assistant at multiple healthcare institutions in Kenya. Currently, they are pursuing multiple diplomas and a Bachelor’s degree in Health System Management.
