Shailesh Joshi

Shailesh Joshi is a product engineering leader with extensive experience in building product and cloud engineering teams for SaaS, notably in areas like IdM, ITSM, and CLM. They have over 12 years of leadership in agile software development and have held various roles, including Senior Vice President of Engineering at Icertis and Engineering Leadership Consultant at Execo. Shailesh began their career as an engineer at Tata Motors and has also worked with prominent organizations such as BMC Software and Parametric Technology Corporation. They hold a B Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
